(1) I refer to ‘Government Structures for Better Results’ the report of the taskforce established to review the Machinery of Western Australia’s Government page 64, recommendation 18 that ‘the Salaries and Allowances Act 1975 should be amended to allow the establishment of salary bands for Chief Executive Officers.’ and ask will the proposed bands for Chief Executive Officers apply to the positions titled Director General outlined in the report?
(2) Will all positions with the title of Director General be considered as new positions?
(3) In respect to (2) if not, which positions are considered as remaining unchanged?
(4) In respect to (3) will unchanged positions be advertised for recruitment purposes?
