(1)  Attachment 1 provides a list of 50(d) positions that were active within the Department of Corrective Services as of the 1 July 2007.
(2) An Indigenous Programs Development Officer position 50 (d) exception was removed as at 28 August 2007 and a new equivalent position created. The original occupant was placed into the new position.
(3)  Three positions that are vacant and no longer required are expected to be abolished.
(4)  Three positions will be abolished within the next 12 months these are:
· Community Correction Officer
· Juvenile Justice Officer
· Aboriginal Welfare Officer.

(1) The Small Business Development Corporation had no positions for which an exception 50(d) under the Equal Opportunity Act 1984, applied as at 1 July 2007.
