QuestionView source ↗

I refer to licensing electric golf carts and other small, non-petrol vehicles for local use in precincts with low speed limits, and I ask -
(1) Is the Minister aware that certain areas in Arizona licence the use of these vehicles on public roads in suitably speed-limited areas?
(2) Does the Minister concur that there are a number of suitable areas in Perth, such as Northbridge, Leederville, Subiaco and Victoria Park in which the use of such vehicles could be successful?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
(4) Will the Minister commit to considering such a scheme?
