POLICE —
CRIME RATES
1053. Mrs M.H. ROBERTS to the
Minister for Police:
I have a supplementary. Are not unprecedented increases in
crime, a huge blow-out in response times, the worst road toll of any state in
the country, a methamphetamine epidemic, shocking increases in domestic
violence and scathing criticism by the Corruption and Crime Commission about
major crime investigations all good reasons for the minister to admit that she
has failed and to step aside?
