(3) Two single detached houses. In addition the Department of Housing and Works will be offering eight vacant properties to private Real Estate Agencies to let to local residents, given there are no eligible applicants on the waiting list. (4) Yes. All income generated from the sale of Department of Housing and Works’ properties is utilised for its building program throughout the state. This includes building programs in adjoining towns.
