I refer to the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Act 2010 and I ask: (a) how many Prohibited Behaviour Orders (PBOs) were applied for in 2010, 2011, 2012 and, to date in 2013 and: (i) for each year what reasons were given for each application; and (ii) what was the ethnicity of the people over which Prohibited Behaviour Orders applications were made; (b) how many PBOs were made in each of 2010, 2011, 2012 and, to date in 2013 and: (i) what was the ethnicity of the people over which Prohibited Behaviour Orders were made in each year; and (c) how many full-time equivalent staff are allocated to the implementation of the Prohibited Behaviour Orders Act 2010 and what is the position and role of each staff member?

2012 - 39 PBOs applications to the court
2013 to 26/7/13-73 PBOs Applications to the court
(i) Section 8 (2) of the
Prohibited Behaviour Orders Act 2010
provides the grounds for applying for a PBO.
(ii) 2010 - there are no WA Police records on the ethnicity of the people over which PBOs applications were made.

Note - To date there have only been three unsuccessful applications. Numerous applications are still before the court for determination.

· Role - Manage all intelligence and documents produced at Unit
3. Level 3 Analyst
· Role - Produce documents for Prohibited Behaviour Orders applications
