I refer to the briefing notes provided to you by the Department of Environmental Regulation on 2 September 2015 and 27 October 2015 regarding the implications of Australia's 2030 emissions reduction target and emissions reduction fund safeguard mechanism design finalised, and I ask: (a) have you briefed Cabinet or any other Ministers on the issue covered in these briefing notes; (b) has the Department of Environment Regulation provided a copy of these briefing notes to any other agency or Minister, and if so, to which agencies and/or which Ministers, and on what dates did this occur; and (c) have you received any further briefings on this topic?
