(a)-(e) Please refer to Attachment 1.
With regards to (a), data is included for the entire month of October 2021 (1-31) to enable like for like monthly comparison of data.
Elective surgeries are cancelled for both patient initiated reasons and hospital initiated reasons.
This data includes WA public hospitals only, and not data from Contracted Health Entities.
As per standard reporting, only patients ready for care are included.
