(1) Is the Minister aware if in the last 12 months, any patients were strip-searched for drugs by nurses at Royal Perth Hospital, Shenton Park Campus?
(2) If yes to (1), -
(a) how many were strip-searched;
(b) what was the basis for those searches;
(c) is it standard procedure at Royal Perth Hospital, Shenton Park for nurses to strip-search patients in search of drugs; and
(d) what rights are afforded to patients in respect of their participation in strip-searching?
