I refer to the answers to questions prior to the 2017-2018 Annual Report Hearings in which it was revealed that the Minister for Health had overturned the previous directive for the Executive Director of Public Health to provide an annual report on post 20 week abortions, and I ask: (a) what is the name and title of each person the Minister consulted or was briefed by prior to making this decision; (b) further to (a), will you table the documents created recording each consultation or briefing; (c) when did the Minister inform the department that an annual report was no longer required and what form of communication did he use; and (d) further to (c), will you table the communication and any record of the communication notifying the department that the annual report was no longer required?
