In light of the recently reported case against Emanuel Exports Pty Ltd, I ask — (1) Will the minister commit to a review of the Animal Welfare Act 2002 to remove any uncertainty for the live animal export industry in Western Australia? (2) Does the minister support the transfer of administration of the Animal Welfare Act 2002 to the Minister for Agriculture and Food, given its importance and relevance to the live export trade?
