I refer the Premier to his decision to show the media the Crown Solicitor’s advice on the legality of his delegation for matters relating to the Coral Coast Marina Development Pty Ltd proposal. (1) Will the Premier indicate on how many occasions the Government sought advice from the Crown Solicitor on matters concerning the coral coast resort proposal following the release of Environmental Protection Authority bulletin 1073 in October 2002?
