I refer to a proposal to construct commercial premises at 601 Wanneroo Road, Hamersley (DA14/2483) and consequent proposed changes to the road alignment to accommodate that development, and I ask: (a) what will the effect be of the roundabout planned on the intersection of Wanneroo and Camberwell Roads Hamersley/Balga; (b) what is the number of deaths and serious injuries at this intersection for the last four financial years; (c) what are the current vehicle counts for each hour of the week; (d) what are the average vehicle speeds at this intersection; (e) what is the predicted increase in the crash rate through the use of a roundabout on this main road at that location; and (f) what is the predicted time take to get around this intersection both for Northbound as well as Southbound on Wanneroo Rd with a roundabout?
