❓ Dr. Brian Walker questions the Minister for Road Safety regarding the stakeholders invited to a road safety round table, specifically inquiring about the inclusion of medicinal cannabis experts and patients, and any recommendations made concerning prescription tetrahydrocannabinol and driving. The Minister's response indicates limited stakeholder involvement and ongoing government consideration of ideas discussed.

1062. Hon Dr BRIAN WALKER to the Leader of the House
representing the Minister for Road Safety:
I congratulate the Premier and the
minister on the road safety round table they hosted on 2 September aimed at addressing
road safety issues across the state.
(1) Which
stakeholders were invited to attend this event, and how were they selected?
(2) Were any
medicinal cannabis experts or patients with lived experience of driving while
on a medicinal cannabis prescription invited to attend?
(3) If no to (2),
why not?
(4) What
recommendations, if any, did the round table propose in response to current
road safety concerns, and did any of those recommendations include suggestions
around how we might tackle prescription tetrahydrocannabinol and driving?
