(2) Under the terms of Dr McCotter’s employment contract, the employer must give 12 weeks notice of termination or payment in lieu of such notice. Dr McCotter was provided with 12 weeks remuneration in lieu of such notice. (3) One year’s salary, as per early completion of contract conditions, $152 286.04; 12 weeks paid in lieu of notice, $35 030.70; annual leave of 96.6 hours, $7 049.93; long service leave of 681.63 hours, $49 745.93.
