The
Department of Housing
advises:
(1) The area bordered by Guildford Road, Chapman Street and Kenny Street, Bassendean has 17 social housing properties within these borders.
As at 30 June 2011, a total of 499 social housing properties are located in the local government area of Bassendean, which equates to approximately 7.71% presence.
The Department is not responsible for keeping data on the number of private residences in an area. The Department conducts estimates of public housing percentage presence at suburb level only, on an annual basis, to assist it in asset planning.  These suburb estimates are based on third-party data provided once a year by Landgate.
(2) This information should be obtained from Landgate.
