I refer to the St Barbara Limited Gwalia underground mine, King of the Hills, Tower Hill tenements located near Leonora, and I ask -
(1) Can the Minister state how many mines record book entries, provisional improvement, improvement and prohibition notices have been issued by the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP), under the
Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 and Regulations 95
at the above operations in the years, -
(a) 2007;
(b) 2008;
(c) 2009; and
(d) 2010?
(2) If no to (1), why not?
(3) If yes to (1), what was each entry notice order issued for?
(4) Can the Minister table the full text for all the mines record book entries, stop work orders, and all types of notices issued by the DMP, under the
Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 and Regulations 95
in the years, -
(a) 2007;
(b) 2008;
(c) 2009; and
(d) 2010?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
(6) Can the Minister state, how many works directions and stop work orders have been issued by DMP, under the
Mining Act 1978 and Regulations 198,
at the above operations in the years, -
(a) 2007;
(b) 2008;
(c) 2009; and
(d) 2010?
(7) If no to (6), why not?
(8) If yes to (6), what was each direction order issued for?
(9) Can the Minister quote the full text for all the works directions, stop work orders issued by the DMP, under the
Mining Act 1978 and Regulations 1981
, at the above operations in the years, -
(a) 2007;
(b) 2008;
(c) 2009; and
(d) 2010?
(10) If no to (10), why not?
(11) Have any written directions in correspondence, been issued by the DMP, under the
Mines Safety and Inspection Act 1994 Regulations 1995
or the

(13) Can the Minister state for each tenement held or controlled by St Barbara Limited, -
(a) the individual tenement number; and
(b) the total amount of the performance bonds held for each tenement by DMP for the above operation?
