I thank the honourable member for
some notice of the question.

the Premier's office was alerted to the injunction issued by Justice P.
Tottle on the day the order was made—3 August 2019.
(2) Not applicable.
(3)–(4) I
do not believe so. However, if the honourable member would like to put this
part of the question on notice, a thorough check can be done.
