(2) The WAPC will consider endorsement of the vision on 26 October 2010. (3) The final vision will include a recommended implementation action framework, which will include numerous further detailed studies that relate to road, bridge and infrastructure proposals contained in the final vision. These studies will be recommended in the final vision as either critical—required immediately; recommended for action in the short term—one to five years; medium term—six to 10 years; or long-term—10-plus years. Details regarding future governance, time frames and funding arrangements for the further studies will be determined after endorsement of the final vision.
