❓ Hon. Norman Moore questions the Premier regarding the decision on appeals against the Environmental Protection Authority report on the Coral Coast Resort proposal, specifically seeking clarification on the decision itself, whether it was written, and if so, requesting it be tabled. The Leader of the House, Hon. Kim Chance, defers answering, citing insufficient time to provide the information.

I refer the Premier to his requirement to make a decision on the appeals lodged under section 100(2) of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, against the Environmental Protection Authority report on the Coral Coast Resort proposal. (1) What was the Premier’s decision on the appeals as opposed to his decision on the proposal itself that was announced by the Premier? (2) Did the Premier provide a written decision on the appeals; and, if not, why not? (3) If there was a written decision on the appeals, will the Leader of the House table that decision on behalf of the Premier; and, if not, why not? Hon KIM CHANCE
