(2) and (3) As a result of the letter officers from the Department for Planning and Infrastructure have met with representatives of the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley to discuss the issues. The Minister also directly discussed the issue with representatives of the Shire. The issues are near resolution and the Member is also referred to my response to Parliamentary Question 1013 on this matter.
