(2) Who conducted each poll?
(3) What was the cost of each poll?
(4) Was the poll put out to tender?
(5) Who approved the poll?
(6) When did the poll take place?
(7) What recommendations were made?
(8) Were any actions taken by the Department or Minister in regards to the result of the poll?
