I refer to the chair of the Aboriginal Cultural Material
Committee and the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972.
(1) What was the appointment date of Mr Gavin Fielding to the
position of chair of the ACMC?
(2) Was Mr
Gavin Fielding appointed to the position of chair as per the process spelt out
in section 28(4) of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972?
(3) If no to (2), why not?
(4) If yes to
(2), will the minister provide the panel of names submitted for the purposes of
this appointment by the registrar?
(5) If no to (4), why not?
