It is noted members of the Opposition have vehemently opposed the highly successful cow parade imitative. The Cow Parade is world renown having feature in more than 50 cities throughout the world, including Paris, Tokyo and London. It is also noted the members Opposite have maintained opposition to the parade despite the resultant 15% increase in tourism numbers to Margaret River and the raising of $393,000 for charities including Telethon, the Starlight Foundation, August-Margaret River SES and the McGrath Foundation.
