I refer to the South West Institute of Technology Annual Report 2015 , which shows the number of students studying a Certificate IV or higher qualification has decreased by about 400 students from 2013 to 2015 and ask if the Minister can explain the reasons for this decrease?

The Department of Training and Workforce Development advise:
The decline in students studying Certificate IV and above is largely due to the overall decline in student demand for General Industry Qualifications.
