SOCIAL HOUSING ECONOMIC
RECOVERY PACKAGE — APARTMENTS
1185. Hon COLIN TINCKNELL to the minister representing the
Minister for Housing:
I
refer to the minister's media statement dated 28 October 2020 regarding
the social housing economic recovery package.
(1) Can the minister please provide a breakdown of the
individual purchase price of each of the 32 apartments, including the
corresponding square metre size and number of bedrooms in each apartment?
(2) Can the minister provide a breakdown
of the total number of apartments in each development?
(3) How many apartments were sold
in each development prior to the government's purchases?
(4) How long have each of the four
developments been on the market?
(5) For how long has the government
committed to holding these apartments as social housing?
(6) Were
independent valuations obtained for each apartment prior to purchase; and, if
so, can the minister please provide those valuations?
