I refer to the ACIL Allen Perth Park Business Case Summary, and I ask: (a) noting the business case sets a capital cost of $217.5 million. Can the Minister confirm whether this figure includes all site preparation, utility works and contingencies; and (b) can the Minister outline what proportion of that sum is contingency funding?
