Urban Flux—Office location
836. Hon Tjorn Sibma to
the parliamentary secretary representing the
Minister for Housing and Works:
I refer to plans for
the department previously called the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation
and Safety (DMIRS) to consolidate staff presently spread across different
buildings into one office location to be developed by Urban Flux at 80 Francis
Street, Northbridge.
(1) How many other locations and proposals for
development to consolidate staff were considered and what were these
alternatives?
(2) On what grounds did the panel recommend the
appointment of Urban Flux to develop the Northbridge site in comparison to the
alternatives? Were there scoring criteria and, if so, what were the categories
and weightings, and was a risk assessment for each proponent undertaken?
(3) Who comprised the panel and what panel
evaluation report and recommendation report documentation was produced?
(4) Will the minister table those documents?
