(b) State NRM Program funds are not allocated to specific regions and are subject to a competitive grants allocation process. $721 139 has been approved for South West NRM projects.

(3) The State NRM Program comprises four components:
Community Action Grants - $4 000 000.
Community Capability Grants - (large), $3 100 000.
