(1) (a) 307 for wait turn applicants and 48 for priority applicants as at 1 February 2009;
(b) 5 for wait turn applicants and 1 priority applicant as at 1 February 2009;
(c) 46 for wait turn applicants and 10 for priority applicants as at 1 February 2009; and
(d) 15 for wait turn applicants and 1 priority applicant as at 1 February 2009.
The average time to allocate a priority applicant as at February 2009 is 20.27 weeks.
(2) The Pilbara program for 2009-2010 will be finalised following the State budget process.
(3) (a) The Department will commence construction of 18 social housing dwellings - 9 dwellings in Karratha, 2 dwellings in Newman and 7 dwellings in South Hedland.
