I refer to the operation of the
Gender Reassignment Board under the Gender Reassignment Act 2000.
(1) For each year of operation, how many applications
has the board received, assessed and ultimately approved?
(2) Across the
same period, how many applications has the board not approved, and what were
the reasons for those decisions?
