I refer to the State Reception Centre, and ask: (a) how many private functions were held at the Centre between 1 January 2013 and 1 June 2013; (b) what is the name of the company, group or organisation which held private functions at the Centre between the above mentioned dates; (c) what was exact date of the function held for each company, group or organisation outlined in (b); (d) what were the venue hire fees charged for each company, group or organisation outlined in (b); and (e) on what specific dates, if any, were State Government functions held at the Centre between 1 January 2013 and 1 June 2013?

(a)-(e) The State Reception Centre is operated under the 1992 Kings Park Restaurant Lease and a 2012 Variation Deed (#2).
The State Reception Centre forms part of the Fraser's complex, and is operated as a private business by lease holders O'Brien Pty Ltd as trustee of the Australian Tourist Restaurants Unit Trust.
There is no obligation in the lease for the lessee to provide information about private functions at the State Reception Centre.
