Minister for Transport.
The Armadale line shutdown allows
for works to be completed in the most efficient manner, preventing significant
periodic shutdowns over a much longer time frame. It presents the most
cost-effective way, while also providing certainty for train replacement
services and creating a safer environment for construction workers.
