refer to the article in The West Australian of Saturday, 9 November, and
the State Administrative Tribunal's ruling that pre-emptive
action is being taken prior to all parts of the Firearms Act commencing.
(1) What steps are being taken to
ensure the police have not broken any laws?
(2) How will gun
owners who have been impacted by any illegal action be recompensed?
