I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 537 "Appropriations, Expenses and Cash Assets", and ask: (a) will the Minister list all the Government and non-government organisations providing specialised community services in the South West region; (b) for each organisation listed in (a), what is the location of the organisation and its catchment/service area; (c) for each of the organisations listed in (a), what services are provided by that organisation; and (d) for each organisation listed in (a), what is the funding allocation and what services will be delivered?

(a) Specialised community services are defined on page 542 of Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 as the assessment, treatment and continuing care of nonadmitted patients provided from a hospital or community mental health centre by public sector providers.
The government organisation providing specialised community services in the South West region is South West Mental Health Service.
There are no nongovernment organisations providing specialised community services in the South West region.
