will see the reconstruction taking place.
(1) Yes, reconstruction has started.
(2) (a) Reconstruction started on 10
December 2014; and
(b) Completion is expected in August
2015.

(4) The expected
cost of reconstruction is $3.48 million, which includes the construction of a
new extension to the building incorporating public toilet facilities. This cost
is included within the existing Elizabeth Quay project budget.
The PRESIDENT : That sounds like an invitation for a cup
of tea!
Hon KEN TRAVERS : I wonder if they got the old
crockery from the former minister for community services. Was it Royal Doulton?
The PRESIDENT : Order! Ask your question .
