Note: the data is for individuals subject to a Transport Order (Form 4A) under the Mental Health Act 2014 (hospital to hospital transport). The WA Police Force undertake all regional mental health transports.
(2) The average cost cannot be calculated by the WA Police Force as the the average cost may or may not include varying costs associated with involvement of the Department of Health, the Royal Flying Doctor Service, St John Ambulance and the Western Australia Police Force.
