(a) The benchmark time frame between when a request for eligibility determination is received and either a decision being made about that request, or a request is made by the Commission for further information to make a decision, is 21 calendar days. Once the requested information has been received by the Commission, a decision must be made within 14 calendar days.
(b-c) The Commission collects data on whether processes meet required timeframes or not. It does not record days taken for each determination.
(d) 0
(e) The benchmark timeframe between the person being allocated a My Way Coordinator and the plan receiving initial endorsement by the My Way Coordinator and the person, is no more than 90 days. Expectations of time frames for plan developed subsequent to a review are that the My Way Coordinator and person with disability would endorse the new Individual Plan within 30 calendar days following completion of the plan review.
(f-g) This data is not currently available.
(h-k) There is no benchmark time frame from the time an individual plan is finalised to the time a package is awarded. When the plan receives endorsement by the delegated officer, the plan is automatically finalised and funding arrangements commence.
