The amendment was approved by the then acting Minister for Planning, Hon Dr Kim
Hames, MLA, who was delegated to consider planning decisions related to the
scheme amendment in the west end of the Town of Port Hedland.
(3)–(4) The matter was considered by cabinet in late
2013.
