a)     Costs vary significantly across WA due to a number of factors including the location, site considerations, housing typology, and build methodology. The average state-wide construction cost for Department of Housing and Works-delivered public and affordable housing contracted in 2024-25 was $774,374.
b)    This data is not collected by State Government agencies.
c)     Not applicable.
