I refer to the repeated concerns about the shortage of courtrooms for criminal trials and the consequent delays in trials in Western Australia, and I ask: (a) is the Attorney General aware of related concerns about judicial officers and staff not having access to office spaces; (b) does the Attorney General intend to complete a comprehensive audit of court facilities and infrastructure across metropolitan and regional Western Australia; (c) if yes to (b), by what date will this occur; and (d) which recommendations of the State Infrastructure Strategy , relating to court infrastructure, are yet to be implemented?

(a)-(b)   Both metropolitan and regional court facilities are inspected by the respective Regional or Executive Manager which includes an audit of the building infrastructure.
(c)   Inspections are conducted once every six months.
(d)   All Government-supported recommendations of the State Infrastructure Strategy relating to court infrastructure are in progress, consistent with Infrastructure WA’s Implementation Progress Report.
