AnswerView source ↗

I thank the member for some notice
of the question.
(1)–(2) The
Waste Authority, through the waste avoidance and resource recovery account,
provided a $100 000 grant to Paraquad Industries—now Spine and Limb
Foundation Inc—on behalf of a charitable partnership between Anglicare
WA, Salvos Stores, Good Samaritan Industries, Spine and Limb Foundation Inc and
St Vincent de Paul Society. The website is administered by the charitable
partnership and its design, development and implementation was the
responsibility of the partnership.
The website provides information
aimed at reducing illegal dumping at charitable donation points and educating
the community about the required quality standards for donated goods. It also
provides information to the community on options for the disposal of items not
suitable for donation. The website is one of a number of initiatives to achieve
diversion of waste from landfill.
