(1) The reduction in the Cost per Student FTE from the 2009-10 Estimated Actual to the 2010-11 Budget will be achieved through:
· an increase in student enrolments;
· the transition of the half-cohort to Secondary Education in 2010; and
· a reduction in expenditure that was incurred in 2009-10 through Building the Education Revolution 'School Pride' program.
