I refer to motor vehicles provided to senior executives above Level 9.1 (including all classes and divisions above Level 9.1); and ask at 7 June 2013, for each agency or department within the Premier’s portfolio of responsibilities: (a) what is the name of the executive or office-holder provided with a motor vehicle; (b) what is the title or position of the executive or office-holder provided with a motor vehicle; (c) what is the agency or department in which the executive or office-holder works; (d) what is the make and model of the motor vehicle; (e) is the vehicle leased or has it been purchased; (f) if purchased, what was the cost of purchasing the motor vehicle; and (g) if leased, what are the monthly lease costs of the vehicle?
