I refer to the minister's response
to my question without notice 752 asked on 12 August 2020 about the revised
groundwater quality program at the former Jangardup mine.
(1) Has the
Department of Water and Environmental Regulation now completed and finalised
the review?
(2) If no to (1), why not, and when
will it be finalised?
(3) If yes to (1), will the
minister please table the report?
(4) If no to (3), why not?

of the groundwater monitoring program—30 July 2020—for the
former Jangardup mine site.
(2) Not applicable.
