(a) Since August 2025, the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC) has issued three conditional subdivision approvals for a total of 260 residential lots in Stage 1 of Stockland s Grevillea Estate.
(b) All lots are required to be connected to water, sewer and power, prior to the issuing of titles.
(c) - (k)
Stockland s Stage 1 Grevillea Estate is one of a number of planned new estates in East Wanneroo, and includes provision for an over 55s independent living community with 250 dwellings. The WAPC is currently assessing subdivision applications for approximately 2,000 further new lots for estates within the locality. Community facilities planned for the Grevillea Estate are identified in the related local and district structure plans and include a neighbourhood and a regional playing field, a district indoor recreation centre, a local community centre and a neighbourhood centre. The future neighbourhood playing field facility has been approved as part of a subdivision approval within the Grevillea Estate. Final costs and the timing for staging, construction and titling of lots is subject to the implementation timeframes of individual developers who undertake the necessary work to deliver new lots.
