351 and 352, answered on 12 August 2025, which all refer to a single answer to question
on notice 304 that did not provide any of the specific points of data asked for
in relation to C-series trains.Why are answers to
questions on matters such as the existence of fault logs, contract terms, completion
and delivery schedules, staff and passenger surveys, work health and safety complaints
and specific allegations of mechanical failures in the Rail, Tram and Bus Union
