INFILL SEWERAGE - DERBY
Will the minister please explain why the Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is not listed to receive infill sewerage in the foreseeable future given that the Department of Health is aware of the significant health risks faced by residents in areas of the Derby town site? Hon KIM CHANCE

AnswerView source ↗

I thank Hon Nigel Hallett for providing some notice of the question. The Shire of Derby/West Kimberley is not listed in the current infill sewerage program because no town within the shire has a project that has been assessed as having a higher health or environmental priority than other projects already included in the program.
