I refer to additional staff referenced under the line item "Contracted Mental Health" on page 144 of the Budget, and ask: (a) of the additional 174 full time equivalent staff budgeted for 2014-15, how many will be based in the South West electoral district; (b) where in the South West will they be located; and (c) what organisations and agencies will receive additional staff and what positions will those additional staff hold?

(a) Nil. The FTE numbers in the budget papers are modelled amounts based on the salary components of the expenditure item. It is not possible to disaggregate the modelled FTE by Health Service. Funding was allocated to all Health Services for this program to deliver contracted mental health services. The WA Country Health Service would have distributed this funding based on their priorities.
