Minister for Police:
I refer to the answer to my question
without notice 1373, which informed the house that as at 7 November 2023 46
return to prison warrants were outstanding.
(1) How many of those 46 warrants
have now been executed?
(2) What is the total number of
return to prison warrants currently outstanding?
(3) How many have been outstanding
for more than 12 months?

some notice of the question. The following information has been provided to me
by the Minister for Police.
Western Australia Police Force
advises —
(1) Thirteen as at 27 February 2024.
(2) Forty as at 27 February 2024.
(3) Of those 40
outstanding return to prison warrants, 31 have been outstanding for more than
12 months, as at 27 February 2024.
